Your First Visit
Before you ever visit our team, we already start getting to know you. We call ahead and ask a variety of questions to help us prepare to offer you the most comfortable and effective service. When you arrive at our Nashville office, Ashley will great you warmly and help you fill out forms if necessary. Next, our hygienists block out two hours of time for each new patient. During this time, they carefully evaluate your current oral health, review your at-home hygiene routine, make recommendations for changes in method or products to improve your smile, and finally, carefully remove plaque and tartar from every surface of teeth. Next, we’ll update x-rays, review your dental and medical history, and Dr. Dickerson performs a thorough intraoral exam. He then spends time one on one with patients discussing their potential treatment plan, answering questions, and getting to know patients and their smile goals.

It’s often simpler to retrieve the necessary information prior to arriving rather than juggling forms, insurance cards, and other documentation in our office, and we want patients to have a seamless dentistry experience from start to finish.
